Once you’ve created a concept you love, our team reviews your design, confirms your requirements and prepares a formal fixed-price quotation.
Once the quote is accepted, we prepare the working drawings for your approval, followed by the building contract for review and signing, ready for the next stage of engineering and statutory approvals.
This is traditionally one of the longest stages of the building process. Capsule Studio™ is designed to reduce this timeframe by completing much of the initial design, site review and budget planning upfront. We then finalise your plans, complete the project-specific engineering and prepare the documentation required for Planning Approval, where applicable, and the Building Permit. Once the project-specific engineering is complete, off-site construction can commence while the Building Permit is being processed.
