Perth metro sites are typically N1–N3; exposed coastal and hilltop sites can be N3–N4 or higher; the cyclonic north-west (generally Carnarvon northwards) is C1–C4. BlueScope warranty: Our wall framing uses BlueScope’s Next Generation TRUECORE® steel, which may be eligible for a BlueScope warranty of up to 50 years for the entire house frame in detached homes — however, BlueScope does not warrant frames installed within 300m of breaking surf or exposed marine influences. BlueScope’s warranty on COLORBOND® steel roofing and cladding is also assessed for each project and depends on your site’s distance from breaking surf. Using the correct products for your exposure is required to keep these warranties valid. We confirm product selection and warranty eligibility for your site.
Our standard delivery assumes a semi-trailer can reverse into position and unload via hydraulic jacks (included). If truck access is an issue, a crane will be required for placement. The modules are oversize loads, so access driveways generally need at least 1.0m more width than the module (e.g. 5.5m clear for a 4.5m-wide module).
