When you contact Capsule Builders, we start by understanding your property, intended use, preferred design direction, approximate size, timing and budget. You do not need to have every detail resolved before getting in touch.
Bring what you already have
If you have a Capsule Studio™ concept, existing plans, site information, inspiration images or an idea of your preferred specification, bring them with you. The more we understand at the beginning, the faster we can move into a practical design and pricing discussion.
We look at the important project variables early
For regional and remote projects, we can discuss access, transport distance, services, site conditions, engineering and likely placement requirements early in the process. For metropolitan projects, site access, planning requirements and the way the home needs to work on your block are considered from the outset.

Our aim is to identify the major design, specification and budget decisions before detailed design progresses too far. Resolving more upfront helps reduce unnecessary back-and-forth during the quotation stage and gives you a clearer path toward a formal proposal and construction.
