From first idea to handover.
One coordinated package
Capsule Builders focuses on delivering the complete package—from design and off-site construction through to installation, service connections and completion. This coordinated approach helps ensure the required siteworks are captured in the budget and aligned with the Building Permit, reducing gaps and grey areas between contractors.
If you have preferred local or site trades, we are happy to involve them. We want to work with you and your trusted trades to deliver the right outcome.
Consultation, quote and contract
We review the concept, confirm requirements and prepare a formal quotation. After acceptance, working drawings and the building contract are prepared for review.
Design and approvals
The plans, project-specific engineering and documentation are completed for planning approval where required and for the building permit.
Off-site fabrication
Your modules are built in controlled conditions. A typical factory build is approximately 12–16 weeks depending on size, complexity, approvals and selections.
Site preparation
Footings, access and services are coordinated so site works can progress alongside factory construction where approvals allow.
Delivery and installation
The completed modules are transported, positioned and connected. Delivery and placement commonly occur over one to three days, subject to the project.
Completion and handover
Site structures, final connections, inspections and finishing work are completed before the final walkthrough and handover.
Why modular can be faster
Factory and site work can progress in parallel.
Traditional construction completes most activities one after another on the building site. Modular construction moves much of the building work into a controlled facility while approved site preparation progresses separately.
Actual timeframes remain subject to design finalisation, engineering, authority approvals, selections, manufacturing capacity, site access and transport.
